  • Immersion 2024

One of the most important decisions of my life was worth taking!

Recently, I, along with my team members Srivathsan Rengaraj Sanket Patil Soham Phulmamdikar, completed our Immersion program in Portugal (in short, each day was full of learning and Joy)

This was like a 15-day Quick Sprint where we had to hit the ground running.

We were working with Spotlite which offers innovative satellite-based infrastructure monitoring solutions for risk prevention and resilience. It is a startup incubated at the Instituto Pedro Nunes.

As a Product Consultant, we were working on the value proposition that Spotlight offers along with the new market they can enter.

    Our final deliverables were:

    1) Financial modeling for the company's current product offerings.
    2) Comprehensive competitor analysis.
    3) Analyzing the current pain points of the customer and suggesting a feature addition to facilitate a change in pricing strategy.
    4) Detailed market analysis and suggestions for the new market to be entered.

This would not have been possible without the constant guidance of our mentor, Professor JJ Rorie along with our TA, Husna Shahid.

I also would like to thank Martino Correia Ricardo Cabral Alexandra Almeida, and Jorge Pimenta for hosting us along with Study in Portugal Network (SiPN)
